Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

I am writing to respectfully challenge the proposed deletion of the file "Mario Alexander Arenas Garzón.webp."

This image is crucial in illustrating a case of **extrajudicial executions in Colombia**, a subject of immense human rights concern. While I understand there may be licensing issues, the image is widely used across various websites and publications discussing this high-profile case, as you can see here:

About Template:Public manifestations

While browsing with parsing errors into Template:Information, I found meny from your uploads that use a Template:Public manifestations, that so far did not exist. I created Template:Public manifestations as a redirect to Information template. Take a look if you like such an idea. Here a file as an example: File:Marcha por la paz 5 de octubre de 2016 - segunda carga (50).JPG.

If you like I can run my bot to replace Public manifestations into Information and to remove the page from Category:Pages using Information template with parsing errors. Alex_brollo Talk|Contrib 21:37, 5 May 2026 (UTC)

This is actually the first time I upload images to Wikimedia Commons via OpenRefine, so I’m still learning a lot through the process. I really appreciate your support and attention to these parsing issues.
