Have I done it correctly?

Hei hei! I've been wanting to lift the informational value of Copyright rules by territory/Norway for a while, and although not my initial goal, I noticed that some of the large blocks of lists and whatnot for translation could be split into multiple segments. I've tried to adhere to the mediawiki guide appended to the editor, but I would like for someone to confirm whether or not my initial changes look correctly formatted, or whether or not it's worth splitting these chunks and lists at all. (As a user interface and message translator on other projects and translatewiki, I much prefer to work with isolated bits of text compared to few behemoths, but I am unfamiliar with the norm on this project – and have little experience with the translation markup itself. Pages not marked for translation

Could somebody please mark the following pages for translation: Help:Image-Annotator, Commons:File renaming, Commons:Own work, Help:PDF, Commons:Licensing, Commons:Rotation, Commons:Simple media reuse guide. This is so that Category:Commons help is not so cluttered & clogged.

Also could these headers please be marked for translation: Commons:File requests/header, Template:Village pump/Copyright/Header, Template:Village pump/Proposals/Header, Template:Village pump/Technical/Header. This is so that the discussion pages are much easier to keep track of, e.g. for people who don't have the section headers in the sidebar.

Also these pages may need checking, I don't know if they have been set up properly: Commons:İletişim, Commons:الگوهای ایمیل, Викисклад:Шаблоны, Commons:דלפק_העזרה, Commons:ساهم_بأعمالك, Commons:貢獻您自己的作品, Commons:ជំហានដំបូង/បែបបទផ្ទុកឡើង.

As I said in March, I'd be happy to help with this if you cleanup this edit of yours. One: We don't change t-unit marker numbers, and second, we don't issue t-unit marker numbers manually. For example, you changed T:34 to T:4, among others, and issued a bulk of other numbers. Please mark ‘Commons:Featured pictures’ for translation

Dear translation admins, I just noticed (thanks to a hint by User:BeatrixBelibaste) that on the page Commons:Featured pictures the complete section ‘Photo techniques’ is not translatable, because the long list of translatable items missed entries for that subheading and the three items below it. I have tried to fix this; I hope I did it correctly. Please check my changes and, if possible, please mark the page for translation so that we can add translations for the section ‘Photo techniques’. Hello Tausheef Hassan and other translation admins, I have checked Commons:Featured pictures for other missing translatable items and was shocked to find 12 more items which were not translatable yet because the long list of translatable items missed entries for them. Seems that over time people have added more and more items, but forgot about making them translatable. I have tried to fix this; I hope I did it correctly. So now the list should be complete, finally.

Furthermore, I found an important mismatch between the parameter names/numbers for the various kinds of non-photographic media: Commons:Featured pictures used 11a, 11d, 11i etc., but Commons:Featured pictures, list used 13a, 13d, 13i etc. for the same entries. The result was that the items were translated to some languages (e.g., German), but not displayed in translation. We must fix this and match the parameter names/numbers. Because these are all sub-items of 13: ‘Static non-photographic media’, it makes more sense to use the 13a etc. parameter names, therefore I have changed the parameters to 13a, 13i, etc. I was not sure whether I need to remove the existing T-unit marker numbers in this case or not; actually the texts/translations have not changed, just the parameter names, so I have kept the T-numbers.

Sorry for the follow-up, but this should complete the necessary improvements to Commons:Featured pictures. Please check my changes and, if possible, please mark the page for translation so that we can add translations for the missing items. Sorry if I have made any errors. Hi Tausheef Hassan, many thanks for your fast help! That’s great, AFAICS all items are translatable now. Also the existing translations for 13a, 13d, 13i which were not used before are now working correctly (visible e.g. in the German version). Of course I did not mean that you should have investigated that issue, I rather meant that I myself (or other FP/FPC regulars) should have noticed it earlier.
